Meet Pinky!

Meet Pinky, a 1-1/2 year old Female/Spayed Terrier, Pit Bull/Mix.

Pinky is such a happy sweet girl. She came here so terrified, shaking and has just blossomed into a happy loving girl. She can’t wait for her loving family to bring her home so she can share the love that she has to give.  She is longing to curl up on a couch with you to give you doggie kisses and hugs.

Pinky did so well on the leash! No pulling...walked alongside and likes to be next to people and loves to be petted. She turned into a playful puppy after a few minutes and pounced on leave piles. Very cute!

Pinky did well with a cat test but we always caution taking things slow with any introductions. She is also having fun and is very social with all of the dogs in the play yard.  Won't you please come and meet her at 184 Verona Street; she is waiting for you!.

Help Our Cause

Animal Services intakes over 6,000 dogs and cats annually. Many are reunited with their owners, adopted into new homes, or transferred to partnering rescue organizations. Unfortunately, approximately 60% are euthanized.

The event helps raise funds in support of the adoption and spay/neuter programs at the Animal Services Center.

Help us raise funds to purchase supplies for the Spay/Neuter program, Adoption Program, microchip idenitification, Enrichment Program, and Foster Program. Your charitable gift is tax deductible and will help save lives and provide comfort to so many animals in need. Please make a donation today.
